Supervision is more than fulfilling a requirement, it’s a dedicated place to slow down, reflect on your work, and deepen your clinical judgment. With over 15 years of experience in complex mental health settings, I partner with mental health clinicians to reflect on their cases, sharpen insight, and build a sustainable, ethical practice.
I supervise clinicians seeking to deepen their understanding of complex mental health issues through a systemic lens. I typically work with AMHSWs, but also support other allied practitioners.
Whether you’re early-career or very experienced, I can partner with you in external supervision, or offer one-off sessions to debrief after a challenge clinical situation.

With over 10 years’ supervision experience, I work collaboratively with social workers and allied practitioners to deepen their clinical knowledge, enhance ethical decision-making, and strengthen practice frameworks.
The value of working with me
I bring over 15 years’ experience in child and adolescent mental health, trauma-informed practice, and family systems. As an AASW Accredited Supervisor and an accredited EMDR practitioner, I offer guidance rooted in EMDR, CBT, ACT, and systemic perspectives.
My background includes work in CAMHS, community health, private practice, and leadership roles such as serving on the board of the EMDR Association. These experiences influence the way I support practitioners in navigating complex clinical work.
Session times and fees
Sessions run for 50 minutes and cost $210 (GST inclusive). This cost must be paid on the day of the session.

After registering your interest, my admin officer will provide you with an intake form so that I can better understand your needs. We will then book you into an initial appointment.
