I draw on evidence-based therapies — including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), schema therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) — to support clients in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and developing greater self-awareness and psychological flexibility.

Couples
I bring over six years of specialist training in systemic therapy, combined with evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method. This foundation helps me work with couples to understand the patterns shaping their relationship, both past and present, and to create healthier ways of connecting.
Together, we focus on building empathy, intimacy, and communication, while developing the skills to manage conflict and strengthen the relationship for the long term.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. That’s why I draw on a range of therapeutic models to best support your needs , including EMDR, schema therapy, CBT, ACT, and IFS.
EMDR is one of my specialties. As an accredited practitioner with the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) — and a former board member of EMDRAA — I bring many years of experience in delivering this therapy safely and effectively. EMDR is widely recognised for its effectiveness in supporting recovery from trauma, anxiety, and other challenges.
Alongside EMDR, I integrate other approaches to support self-awareness, flexibility, and more balanced ways of coping and relating. My aim is always to match the approach to your needs, so therapy feels safe, effective, and relevant to your goals.
